How this would work

This is a clickable demo of your loyalty card — a quick way to see how it would feel for your customers, and what staff would do behind the scenes.

What customers can do

  • Sign up in 20 seconds and get 50 welcome points
  • Sign in any time to see their points and rewards
  • Scan at the till (or scan a receipt) to earn points
  • Watch their balance and tier go up live
  • Redeem vouchers — £5 off, free boerewors, £25 + biltong
  • Bring an old loyalty card balance across

What's just for the demo

The little confirmation pop-ups you see ("Welcome message sent", "Reward unlocked"…) are simulated so you can picture how it would flow. On the real thing those messages would actually go out to the member automatically.

What it would do for real

Member accounts

Each customer has their own secure account with their points balance, history and vouchers.

Automatic messages

Welcome notes, points confirmations, reward unlocks and seasonal offers all go out on their own — handled by a CRM you already have set up.

At the till and online

A QR code at the counter or on the receipt lets customers earn points in seconds. Online orders can add points automatically too.

Real scanning

Either the camera reads the receipt, or a fresh QR code at the till awards the right points for that transaction.

What staff would handle

Most of it runs on its own. Staff only need to step in for the odd thing — and it all lives on one simple back-office screen:

  • • Add or remove points if a till scan was missed or wrong
  • • Give a goodwill bonus (e.g. extra 100 points to a loyal regular)
  • • Bring an old card balance across for a customer
  • • Send a quick announcement to members (a seasonal offer, an event)

Have a look at the staff screen

On the real thing, staff sign in and go straight to this screen — customers never see it. Open it here to see what it looks like:

Like what you see?

From here it's straightforward — we turn the demo into the real thing, hook it up to your till and online shop, and connect it to your existing customer messages. Then it just runs.
